The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer

The delivery charges will be as per the location and weight/size of the artwork

The products/artworks are sourced from the artists, galleries, or art stores, across India or from other countries.

Upon the placement of the order, the artworks will be packed by the Paentio team and delivered to the buyer, with the help of our delivery partner.

The order will be delivered to the buyer with 7 to 10 business days, within India. For international orders, the expected timeline is 15 to 20 days from the date of confirmation of the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not have a cancellation/return policy. In any case, if the buyer wishes to withdraw from the order once the payment is done, we would not be able to cancel. Feel free to clear all your queries before you order the artwork so that you are completely aware of the product you are buying. Once the order is confirmed, it becomes difficult for us to cancel it due to various reasons. However, it can only be looked into if the artwork reaches the buyer in a damaged condition.
