Currently, we are listing on invitation basis. Please call or write to us at the contact information provided in our contact page. Our Curation team will review the works and list once they meet our parameters.

You can send us the high-quality images of the artworks along with their specifications based on which we will make sure to upload them within 48 to 72 hours, following Paentio's guidelines and processes.

We encourage our buyers to be complateley aware of the artwork they are buying, as we do not have return policy, unless the product is delivered in damaged condition.

When an art collector buys/places an order for your work, we’ll inform you, so that you can make the arrangements for the packing or take our team's help for assistance with the packaging. Further, we will manage the delivery process with our delivery partner, as per Paentio's standard guidelines.

Yes! Users can make the payment selecting the EMI option in the payment gateway page.

Yes! Once you select the artwork/artworks, we will be sending you the UPI link at your email address for the total amount, to make the payment.

We at Paentio follow prompt payment and transparency policy. You will receive your payment as soon as the artwork is delivered to the collector or within 15 working days of confirmation/order placement from the buyer.

Please ensure the artwork is in 100% perfect condtion. We do not encourage sending any damaged works to the collectors. If any artwork is found in damaged condition before delivering by our delivery partner, they will be returned back.

Once the order is placed, we will be delivering the artwork along with the authenticity certificate from the artist and the invoice.
