The works of Saraswathi draw inspiration from Hindu mythology. Her works are primarily on the Radha Krishna theme, created from her own imagination, using minimum unusual colors, but with varied tones. Most of her paintings are dominated by blue color, which symbolizes Lord Krishna, and also it is the color of love. One can also notice rich background covered with leaves, complementing the subjects in the painting - Radha & Krishna, cows, deers, peacocks, Ganesha and more. It emphasizes the subject with a lot of subtlety. Radha is seen sitting or resting under a tree, with flute giving a very traditional look, with minimal jewelry, with detailed designs on her clothes. The flora & fauna elements in her paintings give a very colorful and lively depiction.
